在本系列教材的編寫過程中，我們認真總結了多年來全國高職院校汽車專業的教學經驗，並深入汽車維修企業調研，使得教材具有以下特色。

1．推行工學結合的人才培養模式，積極體現工學結合的本質特徵，採用基於工作過程的情景教學方法，提高學生的學習積極性。

2．充分體現任務驅動的課程設計理念，確定理論與實踐一體化的學習任務，按照工作過程組織學生的學習過程。每項學習任務既有知識學習，又有技能訓練與考核，同時增加了拓展知識的學習，擴大學生的知識面。
