段哲民

1974年參加工作，並於同年加入中國共產黨；1975年進入西北工業大學雷達專業學習；1978年本科畢業留校任教；1980-1983年在職攻讀碩士學位研究生，並獲西安交通大學碩士學位。1988-1989年公派到原蘇聯進修，回國後一直在西北工業大學從事電子信息工程領域的教學與科研工作。1991年晉升為副教授，1996年晉升為教授。1994-2002年任電子工程系副主任，主管系本科教學工作。2003年至今任電子信息學院副院長，主管學院本科教學和實驗中心管理工作。兼任國家重點學科“電路與系統”學科組組長；中國電子學會教育學會副秘書長。2001以來被聘為教育部電子信息科學與工程類專業教學指導分委員會委員。

段哲民同志一直從事本科生技術基礎課程教學工作，堅持講授技術基礎課程，積極進行主講課程的教學改革和建設，課堂教學責任心強，講課認真，教學嚴謹，幽默風趣，條理清新，富有啓發性，課堂氣氛活躍，教學效果好，學生評價優秀，曾被學生評為 “本科教學最滿意教師”。同時自覺指導和幫助中青年教師提高課堂授課水平，為教學師資梯隊建設做出了重要貢獻。此外主持和參加教育部、省部、校教學改革項目13項，主編、參編7部本科生教材和8部講義，其中國家“十一五”規劃教材1部；發表學術與教學論文80多篇；同時積極參加科研工作，先後參加和主持自然科學基金、航空基金、國防預研與各種協作合同課題等14多項。 ^[2]
