楊海濤學術兼職
楊海濤教授擔任了國家重點研發計劃總體專家組專家、國家“重大新藥創制”科技重大專項評審專家、法國國家科研署基金外審專家、波蘭國家科學基金外審專家、香港特區政府研究資助局評審專家、蘇黎世聯邦理工學院(ETH)研究管理委員會外審專家、多個國家級人才/青年人才項目評審專家、中國博士後創新人才支持計劃和特別資助專項評審專家、教育部全國博士學位論文抽檢評議專家、國家重點基礎研究發展計劃(973計劃)青年項目首席科學家;

楊海濤研究方向
楊海濤研究內容
病毒和細菌都是非常重要的病原體,它們可引發多種嚴重傳染病。就病毒而言,有史以來關於病毒性疾病的記載最早可追溯至5700年前,在古埃及的象形文字中對癱瘓的小兒麻痹症患者的描述。在現代社會中,艾滋病、“非典”、寨卡綜合徵、流感、病毒性肝炎等一系列由病毒引發的重大傳染病嚴重危害人類健康,併產生一系列經濟問題和社會問題。在細菌方面,結核分枝桿菌是細菌類病原體的典型代表。全世界約有三分之一的人口被結核桿菌感染,而因結核病致死的人數甚至已超過了艾滋病。
楊海濤研究組長期從事上述重要病原體引發的重大疾病的研究,並針對性的開展全新藥物開發工作。主要涉及的研究方向包括:
1、重要病原體的關鍵藥物靶點的結構和功能研究;
2、病原體入侵宿主過程中二者之間的精確相互作用和分子機制,特別關注宿主免疫系統與病原體之間“抑制與拮抗”的複雜鬥爭過程;
楊海濤研究成果
1、在結核桿菌關鍵藥物靶點的結構和藥物發現的研究中取得進展,論文發表於Cell、Science等雜誌,併入選2019年度“中國高校十大科技進展”和2019年度“中國生命科學十大進展”。
2、在新型冠狀病毒關鍵藥物靶點的結構和藥物開發的研究中取得進展,相關研究論文先後在Nature、Science(封面論文)、Cell和Nature Structural & Molecular Biology等雜誌發表,併入選2020年度富林沃斯(Falling Walls)生命科學領域十項進展、2020年度“中國生命科學十大進展”。除此之外,相關研究亦與我國其他抗疫成果一起集體入選“2020年度中國科學十大進展”。
