李曉春

1983年畢業於江蘇教育學院（今江蘇省教育科學研究院 江蘇第二師範學院）數學系。

1989年赴日留學，進入名古屋市立大學經濟學部學習。

1993年獲經濟學碩士學位。

1996年名古屋市立大學博士課程畢業2003年獲經濟學博士學位。

2003年獲經濟學博士學位。 ^[1] 

2003年9月南京大學經濟系副教授、 南京大學長三角社會經濟發展研究中心研究員， 2008年12月南京大學經濟系教授。 ^[1] 

2001年起，日本地域學會會員

2007年，江蘇省僑界專業人士聯合會理事

2007年1月至2017年1月，南京市棲霞區政協委員

2012年12月至2013年3月，日本名古屋大學國際經濟研究中心訪問教授
