李晨

2011年獲南京大學材料化學學士學位，2015年獲南京大學材料物理與化學博士學位，2016年至今就職於南京大學現代工程與應用科學學院。 ^[1] 

鈣鈦礦氧化物異質結構;鐵電、多鐵材料;掃描探針顯微技術。 ^[1] 

主持江蘇省自然科學基金(青年)一項，作為學術骨幹參加了科技部國家重點基礎研究發展計劃(973 計劃)、國家自然科學基金等項目。近年來在極性/非極性鈣鈦礦氧化物異質結構，金屬/鐵電體/半導體鐵電隧道結等研究方向發表多篇SCI論文，多次參加國內外學術會議並做報告。 ^[1]
