曾正,男,博士,重慶大學電氣工程學院副教授,碩士生、博士生導師。主持國家重點研發計劃子課題2項、國家自然科學基金1項、重慶市自然科學基金1項,已主持完成橫向和其他各類項目5項;已發表SCI/EI期刊論文80餘篇,會議論文20餘篇,入選ESI高被引論文1篇,入選“中國精品科技期刊頂尖論文(F5000)”1篇,被引1300餘次,H影響因子18,H10影響因子40,申請發明專利14項(已授權6項,已轉讓1項);博士論文獲評浙江大學2013-2014學年優秀博士學位論文,曾獲GE基金會科技創新獎。

2、國家自然科學基金(青年基金)項目,車用多芯片並聯SiC模塊電熱應力分佈規律和調控方法研究,2017/1-2019/12,主持;
