摩納哥國旗啓用於1881年4月4日。國旗呈長方形，長與寬之比為5∶4。旗面由上紅下白兩個平行相等的橫長方形構成。紅、白兩色來自公國國家元首親王旗的顏色，也是國家的傳統顏色。親王旗旗地為白色，中央繪有親王王徽，王徽上的盾形圖案則由紅、白兩色構成。
