扶雄人物經歷

1988-1995年在四川大學攻讀學士和碩士學位,碩士畢業後分配至華南理工大學食品科學與工程學院任教至今,1997-2002年在華南理工大學攻讀博士學位,2003-2006年在華南理工大學開展博士後研究工作。現任華南理工大學研究生院常務副院長。 [2] 

扶雄學術兼職

國家熱帶特色健康食品國際科技合作基地主任,中美功能糖合作研發中心主任,功能碳水化合物學科方向及健康食品工程團隊負責人,兼任廣東省食品學會副理事長、廣州市食品行業協會專家指導委員會副主席。 [2]

主要從事植物活性多糖、多酚活性評價及調糖降脂健康食品研發等工作 [2]
