徐章程主要經歷
1988年9月考入安徽大學物理系物理學專業本科班,2004年9月起任南開大學物理科學學院教授、博士生導師,2010年11月起任南昌航空大學測試與光電工程學院院長,2013年9月起任天津市特聘教授,2019年1月起任二級教授。先後主持並完成國家自然科學基金項目4項,獲省部級科研和成果獎各一項。在Applied Physics Letter, Physical Review B,Nanotechnology, Journal of Physics:Condensed Matter,物理學報,Chinese Physics Letters, Chinese Physics B 等國內外著名期刊上發表論文40餘篇,獲中國發明專利授權4項。曾研製成功國際上增益最高的InGaAs/GaAs量子點激光器
