徐家躍工作經歷

1988年畢業於吉林大學電子科學系半導體化學與材料專業，獲學士學位。1991和1999年在中國科學院上海硅酸鹽研究所分別獲得碩士、博士學位。1997年晉升副研究員，2000年晉升研究員，2005年聘為博士生導師。1999-2000年在葡萄牙Aveiro大學做訪問學者一年。曾任中國科學院上海硅酸鹽研究所晶體中心副主任、壓電晶體課題組組長。2008年6月任上海應用技術學院材料工程系主任。2010年入選上海市優秀學科帶頭人計劃。 [1]

徐家躍 徐家躍
徐家躍長期從事氧化物晶體的坩堝下降法生長研究，負責過上海市青年科技啓明星計劃項目、中國科學院重大項目、國家自然科學基金項目等多項重要課題，在壓電晶體LBO、新型弛豫鐵電晶體PZNT、非線性光學晶體KLN等晶體生長方面取得了一些重要研究成果，併發明瞭底部籽晶法（BSSG）等新生長技術。在國內外學術刊物和國際會議上發表論文100餘篇，申請國家發明專利7項，發表管理學和人文科學論文近20篇。參與研製和生產的新型壓電晶體LBO，被日本、韓國等多家國際大公司採用，累計產值已超過7000萬元。該項目1993年獲得中科院科技進步一等獎、1995年獲得國家技術發明二等獎、1997年獲得國家專利局與世界知識產權組織聯合頒發的“中國專利創造發明金獎”。課題組現有研究人員10名，承擔國家自然科學基金項目1項（25萬元），中國科學院創新方向性項目1項（400萬元，合作），上海市自然科學重點基金1項（30萬元，合作）、中國科學院創新前沿項目2項（150萬元）以及LBO晶體產業化項目等。
他一方面承擔四英寸LBO 晶體生長攻關項目和LBO晶體的出口任務，另一方面加強晶體學科建設，開展了熱電導體材料、生物活性玻璃、馳豫鐵電單晶等新材料研究。正在研究的課題有“大尺寸四硼酸鉀晶體的生長和應用”（上海市攻關項目）、“CaO—Y(Gd)203-B2O3三元系統局域相圖研究”（國家自然科學基金）、“摻雜鈮酸鍶鋇晶體生長研究”（上海市AM基金）、“新型非線性光學晶體探索研究”、“先進醫療器械用馳豫鐵電單晶的生長研究”（中國科學院創新工程前沿項目）等，項目總經費達數百萬元。此外，還與美國、韓國、新加坡、葡萄牙等國家的大學和研究機構建立了國際合作關係。
徐家躍研究員不僅積極投身科研事業，而且關心我國科研管理事業的發展。在科研之餘，以強烈的社會責任感觀察分析了科研管理和科技戰線上精神文明建設的現狀，近幾年來在《科學學與科學技術管理》、《科壇文明天地》、《中國科學報》、《書城》等刊物上發表人文和管理論文近20篇，提出當代科研道德建設的新思路，引起科學學界和科研管理部門的注意。他研究了科學的文化特徵，指出科學要在中國紮根，必須從文化入手，學會科學思維，由此提出了科學本土化理論，受到了國際著名科學學專家、中國管理科學院副院長趙紅州教授（已故）的高度讚賞並題詩相贈。1997年獲得上海市科技系統中青年幹部讀書活動個人一等獎。
