西南農業大學(現西南大學)農學學士學位(1983)、碩士學位(1986)和博士學位(1996)。
1998.10-2000.9日本九州大學生物系遺傳學研究室博士後
2002.02-2004.1日本東京大學農學部生物統計學與生物信息學實驗室JST研究員
2004.02-2006.1英國伯明翰大學生物科學學院研究職員。
2006年全職回國服務,2008年國務院特殊津貼獲得者。
1986年7月-2006年1月西南農業大學農學系講師、副教授、教授
2006年2月-2007年12月西南大學蠶學與系統生物學研究所二級教授、博導;

張澤研究方向

進化與功能基因組學 [1] 
實驗室主要以家蠶為模式研究馴化遺傳學和進化及功能基因組學問題。研究方向:(1)動物馴化性狀差異的分子解析;(2)家蠶脱皮激素代謝途徑調控機制研究;(3)家蠶轉座子的鑑定、功能和比較基因組學研究。目前承擔國家自然科學基金等多項課題。主要成果發表在Science, Mol. Biol. Evol., Genetics, BMC Genomics,BMC Evol. Biol.等國際著名雜誌。歡迎對生命科學基礎研究有濃厚興趣的同學報考本實驗室的研究生。 [1]
