1．種子生態學

以種羣更新的種子休眠與萌發階段為重點，以觀賞植物等為研究對象，利用實驗生態學手段，闡明種子休眠與萌發在種羣適應中的生態學意義。

2．生活史對策

利用實驗生態學手段，結合植物生理學、形態學、分子生態學和植物地理學的手段，闡明植物功能性狀在種羣適應生境中的意義及其進化趨勢。 ^[1]
