張世海個人簡介

張世海,中國農業大學和北卡羅萊納州立大學聯合培養博士。現為華南農業大學動物科學學院副教授,碩士研究生導師,美國德州大學西南醫學中心客座副教授。主要研究方向包括母仔豬營養、脂肪酸營養、氨基酸營養等。主講《動物營養學》、《飼料學》等專業課課程。近年來,以第一或通訊作者在PloS Genetics,Nutrition Research Reviews等國內外期刊發表SCI論文45篇,其中TOP期刊10篇,論文總引用次數達2300餘次。先後主持/參與國家自然科學基金,十四五國家重點研發計劃青年科學家項目課題,十三五國家重點研發計劃重點專項子課題,廣東省自然科學基金,廣州市科技計劃等。入選華南農業大學“卓越青年教師百人計劃”,曾獲華南農業大學動物科學學院“青年教師教學觀摩比賽”一等獎、華南農業大學“青年教師教學優秀獎”一等獎、華南農業大學“本科課堂教學十佳教師”,在廣東省第六屆高校(本科)青年教師教學大賽中獲工科組一等獎(冠軍)。
