廖慶亮科研項目
近五年共負責和參與承擔了國家及省部級科研項目共20餘項,包括國家重大科學研究計劃項目、國家重點研發計劃、111引智計劃、科技部和國家自然科學基金委國際科技合作項目,國家自然科學基金委重大科研儀器、優秀青年科學基金和麪上項目,以及軍工和廠協項目等。正在開展的主要研究項目包括:
1. 國家自然科學基金優秀青年科學基金項目,低維材料特種功能器件構築與應用,130萬元,2018/01-2020/12,主持
2. 北京市科技計劃項目,高性能石墨烯納米複合吸波塗層的研製與應用,250萬元,2017/01-2018/12,主持
3. 國家重大科研儀器研製項目,納尺度多場耦合效應的原位表徵系統,2016/01-2020/12 ,793萬,參加
4. 國家自然科學基金面上項目,石墨烯/半導體異質結柔性光電探測器的應變調控,62萬元,2017/01-2020/12,主持
廖慶亮獲獎記錄
國家自然科學基金委“優秀青年基金”獲得者,入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計劃”與北京市“青年英才計劃”,獲霍英東青年教師獎。2009 年獲北京科技大學大學材料物理與化學博士學位,2011-2013 年獲德國洪堡基金會資助作為“洪堡學者”在德國烏爾姆大學開展博士後研究。主要從事低維材料能量轉換與傳感器件的構築與應用研究,聚焦低維材料的控制生長、器件結構設計與性能調控,推動了低維材料在國防武器裝備與可穿戴設備領域的應用,以第2 完成人獲省部級科研獎勵一等獎2 項、二等獎1 項。負責承擔國家自然科學基金、北京市和教育部科研項目共10 餘項。

在Nat. Commun.、Sci. Adv.和Adv. Mater.等國際高水平期刊上發表SCI 論文90 餘篇,論文他引近2000 次。申請國家發明專利20 餘項,已授權十餘項。參與撰寫《一維氧化鋅納米材料》和《ZnO Nanostructures: Fabrication and Application》等中英文專著3 部。
