孟豔教學課程

主講《養蠶學》、《繭絲學》、《細胞生物學》、《昆蟲生物化學》、《分子生物學》等研究生和本科生課程。

孟豔研究領域

鱗翅目模式昆蟲家蠶為研究對象,主要從事昆蟲生理生化學、分子生物學與遺傳學等方面的課題研究。在後基因組時代利用家蠶全基因組信息及豐富的突變體遺傳資源,定位克隆控制家蠶重要品質性狀基因、研究基因功能,開發家蠶蠶絲以外具有重要應用前景的研究領域具有學術專長並取得較好的研究進展。主要研究方向:
(1)定位克隆調控家蠶內源性體表色素形成的重要功能性基因,闡明其在昆蟲氨基酸等物質代謝中的作用機制,探索利用家蠶突變體作為藥用前體物質合成及人類疾病模型的應用價值;
(2)研究家蠶糖營養代謝過程中特異性蔗糖水解酶同源基因在不同鱗翅目昆蟲中的進化特徵、表達模式及其表達調控分子機制,從昆蟲中腸消化酶的角度揭示植食性昆蟲-寄主植物的互作規律與協同進化關係;
(3)以家蠶為模式,通過對主要卵黃蛋白受體基因的克隆與功能鑑定,研究鱗翅目昆蟲受精卵形成前及胚胎髮育過程中卵黃蛋白的內吞作用機理,為防治農林害蟲尋求新靶標、提供新策略。 [1]
