《女皇》首次與張敬軒合作，節拍感超強的音樂非常搶耳。歌詞尊稱女人為“尊貴的女皇”，為一眾女性發聲。陳偉霆特意嘗試新唱腔，演繹出敬拜女皇的感覺。
