唐程翔，男，澳大利亞新南威爾士大學經濟學博士，廣州大學百人計劃，現任廣州大學公共管理學院副教授，北京大學青年衞生經濟學者，北京交通大學兼職教授，西南財經大學健康政策研究中心兼職研究員，國家自然科學基金管理學部評審專家。
已在Lancet, Health Policy and Planning, Health Economics等SSCI/SCI期刊發表英文研究10篇，在世界衞生經濟會議等國際學術會議報告論文12次。主持國家自然科學基金和中央高校科研項目各一項，參與多箇中國、澳大利亞科研項目。Researchgate研究之門網站科研影響力排名列廣州大學第75位（含所有理工社科類）。
研究領域是衞生和環境經濟學、政策評估、選擇建模、實驗經濟學和離散選擇模型、偏好聲明方法。
