唐東昇人物履歷

1996年畢業於湖南師範大學物理系,獲理學學士學位;
2002年畢業於中國科學院物理研究所,獲凝聚態物理博士學位;
2002年8月獲洪堡基金資助赴德國馬克斯-普朗克固體研究所從事客座研究;
2005年3月獲聘湖南師範大學,籌備實驗室、搭建實驗研究平台,從事一維納米材料的可控制備、納米器件構築和物性調控等方面的研究工作;
2006年7月晉升教授。現為“低維量子結構與調控教育部重點實驗室(湖南師範大學)”專職副主任、湖南師範大學物理與信息科學學院科研副院長,湖南省普通高校學科帶頭人培養對象。

唐東昇教研工作

主要所授本科、研究生課程:普通物理;材料物理中的實驗方法;納米材料與納米器件。
教學及科研成果:主持國家自然科學基金重大研究計劃面上項目一項、教育部留學歸國人員科研啓動項目一項、湖南省教育廳青年項目一項;參與“973”重大基礎研究項目一項、國家自然科學基金面上項目多項;發表論文50餘篇,其中SCI論文40餘篇。 [2] 

唐東昇個人成績

長期從事低維納米材料可控制備、物性調控和量子器件原型構築等方面研究,已經在“Carbon”、 “ChemicalPhysics Letters”、“Journal of Crystal Growth”、“Journal of Material Research”、“The Journal of Physical Chemistry B”、“The Journal of Physical Chemistry C”、“Nanoscale Research Letters”、“Nanotechnology”和“Nature”等國際知名期刊上發表SCI論文130餘篇,論文被他引2800餘次。先後承擔了國家自然科學基金重大研究計劃培育項目(2項)、國家自然科學基金面上項目(2項)、教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計劃、湖南省傑出青年基金和教育部留學歸國基金等重要科研項目。 [3]  2009年獲湖南省第五屆青年科技創新傑出獎。 [2]
