清華大學計算機科學與技術的碩士學位，2012年獲得美國明尼蘇達大學電氣工程的博士學位，畢業後留校從事博士後研究工作2013年6月。周博士2013年7月1日加入
上海科技大學信息學院，任助理教授。他曾獲得清華大學優秀碩士論文獎以及
明尼蘇達大學博士論文獎學金。

周平強博士2007年獲得（北京）清華大學
計算機科學與技術的碩士學位，2012年獲得美國明尼蘇達大學電氣工程的博士學位，畢業後留校從事博士後研究工作2013年6月。周博士2013年7月1日加入上海科技大學信息學院，任助理教授。他曾獲得清華大學優秀碩士論文獎以及
明尼蘇達大學博士論文獎學金。他在多核處理器的集成電壓轉換器上的創新性研究獲得2011年國際
定製集成電路會議（IEEE Custom Integrated Circuit Conference）的優秀學生論文獎學金；在三維多核處理器的通信網絡上的研究成果獲得亞太地區設計自動化會議（Asia/South Pacific Design Automation Conference）的最佳論文提名。

周平強主要研究內容
以前的研究工作包括三維集成電路的版圖設計與算法優化，多核處理器與三維芯片中供電網絡與通信網絡的設計與優化等。目前的研究興趣包括多核處理器、三維集成電路、
微電子機械系統（MEMS）和智能電網等。
