呂厚遠

呂厚遠,漢族,1960年9月出生於山東省嘉祥縣,1982年上海同濟大學海洋地質系畢業, 1982-1984年在石油大學(華東石油學院)勘探系 任助教, 1987年上海同濟大學海洋地質系孢粉藻類專業碩士畢業, 1987-1995年國家海洋局第一海洋研究所工作, 1998年中國科學院地質研究所博士畢業。現任中國科學院地質與地球物理研究所新生代地質與環境室研究員。 多次在德國國家地球科學中心、美國路易斯安那大學地理與人類學系做合作研究和博士後研究。
2021年11月3日,呂厚遠主持的項目“二萬年以來東亞古氣候變化與農耕文化發展 ”獲2020年度國家自然科學獎二等獎。 [4]

環境指標的現代表生過程研究、黃土高原古植被研究、青藏高原新生代環境演化、我國瑪珥湖沉積環境變遷和環境考古研究。主要研究課題包括:國家傑出青年科學基金課題、自然科學基金面上項目、重點項目以及中國科學院創新項目和973項目等。
