吳文傳人物介紹

清華大學電機系長聘教授、博士生導師,IEEE/IET Fellow。國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者、國家“萬人計劃”科技創新領軍人才,曾獲中國電力科學技術傑出貢獻獎,首屆中國電機工程傑出青年工程師獎,入選教育部新世紀優秀人才計劃,獲“電工行業-正泰科技獎”科技成就獎。提出了新能源集羣分佈式優化與無模型控制,自適應區間魯棒優化和隨機優化的不確定性優化調度方法,以及多區域、多層級電網分解協調調度系列算法,主持研發了新能源集羣控制與優化調度系統,在多個省級電網應用,並實現了首個大型城市供熱網與電力系統的聯合優化調控工程。提出了基於迴路分析、凸鬆弛技術、分佈式優化以及隨機魯棒優化理論的主動配電網分析與優化方法體系,研發的主動配電網運行調控與可靠性規劃系統並得到規模化應用。研發了基於FDNE的機電-電磁暫態實時混合仿真平台,提高了交直流混聯電網的仿真精度。作為技術負責人開發了國內首套現場應用的在線動態安全預警系統、多調控中心廣域分佈式DTS。由於在(電力系統)能量管理與運行控制方面的貢獻入選IEEE Fellow。發表SCI/EI 收錄論文500餘篇,其中SCI 論文128篇(IEEE 彙刊論文79篇),Google Scholar 被引12000多次,授權中國發明專利100餘項, 美國發明專利20餘項,主編和合著4本。獲得國家科學科技進步一等獎1項,技術發明獎二等獎1項,省部級一等獎6項。 [2]
