卷邊系形態特徵

冬芽無毛；小葉片2-6對，邊緣多向下反捲，鋸齒圓鈍或不明顯；花朵中大；果實白色。 [1] 
本系有以下3種：
巨葉花楸Sorbus harrowiana (Balf. f. et W W Smith) Rehd.
鈍齒花楸Sorbus helenae Koehne
卷邊花楸Sorbus insignis (Hook. f.) Hedl.
