劉鋭教師簡介

劉鋭人物經歷

2001年9月至2010年6月在北京大學數學學院本碩博連讀。2010年9月至2012年9月在日本東京大學生產技術研究所做博士後,2014年7月至2015年7月在美國斯坦福大學醫學院做博士後,2017年9月至2018年9月在美國加州大學洛杉機分校醫學院學術訪問。2013年9月晉升副教授,2016年4月晉升教授。2015年起兼任華南理工大學數學學院大數據中心副主任。2019年起兼任廣州市工業與應用數學學會副理事長、廣東省工業與應用數學學會常務理事。2016年獲評廣州市“珠江科技新星”,2019年獲得廣東省傑出青年基金,2020年入選為教育部“長江學者獎勵計劃”青年學者,2021年獲得上海市自然科學一等獎(第三完成人)。 [1] 

劉鋭教學情況

主講過《常微分方程》《微分方程定性方法與數值模擬(全英課)》《線性代數與解析幾何(全英課)》等 本科生課程;以及《計算生物學導論》《數據挖掘技術在數學生物學中的應用》、《數學生物學中的某些理論、方法及應用》《現代數學基礎》等研究生課程。在計算數學方向招收碩士研究生和博士研究生。 [1] 

劉鋭研究方向

主要研究方向:動力系統、計算生物學與生物信息學。
博士生、碩士生招生方向:計算數學。
研究內容:主要在非線性動力學分析、數據挖掘與分析、時間序列分析與預測、動力系統的分岔現象、複雜生物過程的臨界點分析與預警、生物分子網絡的推斷與分析等幾個方面發展數學理論與計算方法。 [1]
