劉梅

劉梅，女，四川資陽人，1989年12月出生，農學博士。2008年考入西北農林科技大學創新實驗學院（基地班），2011年提前推免到動物科技學院動物基因組與功能基因組實驗室（陳宏教授課題組）進入碩博連讀，2017-2019年經國家公派到美國農業部農業研究中心動物基因組與改良研究實驗室（George E. Liu研究員課題組）進行兩年的聯合培養。2019年博士畢業後以“神農學者青年英才”第二層次引進到湖南農業大學動物科技學院，現為校聘副教授，是動物營養基因組與種質創新研究中心（印遇龍院士團隊）的骨幹成員。主要開展基因組分子育種方面的工作，涉及牛、羊、豬等家畜功能性狀遺傳標記篩選、重要經濟性狀遺傳基礎解析等，以期改良家畜肉奶生產性能，加速遺傳進展。目前，已在《BMC biology》《BMC Genomics》《Journal of Cellular Physiology》《Heredity》《Genomics》《Functional & Integrative Genomics》《Frontiers in Genetics》《Scientific reports》《Livestock Science》《Gene》等國際英文期刊發表SCI論文20餘篇，其中以第一作者發表10篇，合計影響因子27.43，單篇最高影響因子4.52。參加多次國內外學術會議，並在PAG、全國畜禽遺傳標記大會、陝西省遺傳學會等多場國內外專業學術會議以及美國農業部Poster Day作學術報告展示並獲獎。2010年以來，榮獲各種榮譽獎勵10餘項，包括參加“中國黃牛經濟性狀重要基因挖掘、分子標記開發及其應用”的成果獲2014年度陝西省科學技術一等獎、美國農業部東北區第 29 屆科技牆報展覽提名獎、西北農林科技大學動物科技學院第三屆優秀畢業生學術論壇二等獎、西安市大學生創業大賽銀獎等。是《BMC Genetics》等雜誌審稿人。 ^[1]

主要從事家畜營養基因組育種方面的科研，通過整合大數據挖掘與動物肉奶產量與品質相關的基因組遺傳變異與功能元件，解析生長髮育和營養調控相關的信號調控通路。 ^[1]
