1984年調入中國農業大學植保系從事病蟲害綜合治理研究

1990-1993年獲碩士學位

1996年晉升為副教授

1. Insect (beneficial) nematode: nematode collecting, bio-assay, screening and genetic improvement;

2. Plant parasitic (harmful) nematode: bio-nematocide development;

3. Quarantine nematode: nematode monitoring to the imported flowers and grapes, and risk-reducing techniques;

4. Soil nematode: Nematode population survey on the co-relation to soil health and replanting disease and bio-agent development for reducing the problem in replanted fields;

5. Insect pest control: Integrated technique development for pest control on forestry, fruit and vegetable for producing No-harmful, chemical pesticide free and organic products.^[1]
