Jem，原名 Jemma Griffiths，來自英國威爾斯。13 歲就開始創作並演唱，29 歲才發行了自己的處女專輯《Finally Woken》。Jem被譽為“Dido II”，但她終究不是Dido（蒂朵），聲線和曲風跟 Dido 確實都非常相似，她如Dido 般慵懶，慵懶中卻透露着一股淡雅；她如Dido 般空曠，空曠中卻又動人非常。這張混合了流行搖滾、古典民謠、電子音樂、世界音樂等元素的專輯很快風靡了全世界，在英國獲得第六名的專輯已在排行榜上佔據超過30周，並創下全英點播亞軍曲“They”與冠軍曲“Just A Ride”兩首熱門單曲。Jem在影視中的音樂作品也很多，《龍騎士》的片尾曲《Once In Every Lifetime》，還有《慾望都市》裏的一首《It'sAmazing》，也同樣是令人過耳不忘。 ^[1]
