N an ancient Italian deity of pastures and forests, later identified with the Greek Pan 福納斯; 意大利古代畜牧和森林守護神，相當於希臘潘神 ^[1] 

Fauna was a minor Roman goddess but her brother was more famous, his Roman god name was Faunus but in Greek he was known as Pan.

Celebrated at the ides of February, or February 15, Lupercalia was a fertility festival dedicated to Faunus, the Roman god of agriculture, as well as to the Roman founders Romulus and Remus.
