《When you say nothing at all》是Paul Overstreet和Don Schlitz創作， Keith Whitley演唱的歌曲，收錄在其第三張錄音室專輯《Don‘t Close Your Eyes》（1988年）中。
美國著名藍草歌手Alison Krauss（1994年）翻唱此曲，並打入US Country Songs前三位置。這首歌也是愛爾蘭著名男團組合Boyzone主唱Ronan Keating（1999年）的第一首單曲，併成功登頂英國單曲榜。台灣歌手蔡依林也翻唱過這首歌曲並收錄在專輯《愛的練習語》（2008年）中。同時也是電影《諾丁山》的插曲之一。該歌曲的國語版為《用對明天的遐想換今天的希望》
