《We're not alone》是由安部讓二原作、柿崎正澄作畫的漫畫《少年犯之七人》的動畫版《二舍六房的七人》的主題曲。出自專輯『Nothing lasts forever』，演唱者為擁有日美兩國國籍的搖滾樂隊coldrain。

動畫的故事內容：昭和30年（1955年），6個16歲少年因犯罪而進入“湘南特別少年院”的二舍六房。他們對同屋裏年長的櫻哥的教導銘記心中，出獄後，面對世間的痛苦、不合理，堅強地開始各自的人生。這是原作者安部讓二可稱作自傳的作品，同時是安部所説的“愛和勇氣的故事”。

在此歌曲的專輯中，歌曲《Die tomorrow》還拍攝了PV，作為新一代古屋出身的Jrock樂團coldrain最近引人關注。從這張Mini-Album可以看出coldrain在音樂上又有了新的成長。

整首歌旋律激情而凝重， 從“持續着這場戰爭，直到永遠”“我們並不是孤身一人”等歌詞、歌曲的旋律，和演唱者所付出的情感中，可以十分強烈地感受到少年犯們對自己心中，那份美好的夢想的不盡渴望與追求。

帶給人們以堅強的心態面對挫折和人生之中所經歷困難的信心。

歌曲開頭那竭力的吶喊，就彷彿是少年們內心渴望自由的嘶喊一般，那樣的真實、並帶幾分滄桑。
