David Cook在2011年及2012年繼續為慈善事業貢獻自己的力量。他將自己新專輯中的《We Believe》作為慈善單曲，以及參加新一年的Race For Hope和LA Marathon，為ABC繼續籌款，善款數額接近20萬美金，這也是DC第4年參加Race For Hope為癌症病人籌款。
