Things Have Changed創作背景
《Things Have Changed》是鮑勃·迪倫受邀為電影《奇蹟小子》（2000年）創作的歌曲。電影敍述的是一個人如何走向成熟的故事，只是這個人已經50多歲了仍在探索自己的人生之路

。影片導演柯蒂斯·漢森是鮑勃·迪倫多年的好友，在得知鮑勃·迪倫能有興趣創作一首原創歌曲時，他完成在匹茲堡的拍攝後，向鮑勃·迪倫展示了一部分粗略剪輯的片段，並講述了電影的故事和角色。幾周之後，他就收到了鮑勃·迪倫為電影量身打造的《Things Have Changed》

《Things Have Changed》本身質量上乘，歌詞秉承鮑勃·迪倫一貫的風格，有抗議有牢騷、有哲理有思考，還有狡黠的文字遊戲和真真假假的韻腳。曲風中鄉村民樂和藍調搖滾的結合，也是20世紀60-70年代年代由鮑勃·迪倫本人首先嚐試，破了當代流行音樂類型的藩籬
