《She Bangs》做為專輯《Sound Loaded》先行曲於2000年10月發行，但因唱片公司老闆認為其中一句歌詞“she blew me off”太過不雅，瑞奇·馬丁被迫答應將這句歌詞刪改。其實“she blew me off”在美國和很多其他國家，都是指男人被女人拋棄，但在英國，這句句子的意思便完全不同，而且含有三級的味道

《She Bangs》的MV在巴哈馬羣島拍攝，瑞奇·馬丁與數十名性感女舞者合作，與美女喬裝的美人魚、八爪魚在海邊戲水。眾多美女伸出“魔掌”觸摸瑞奇·馬丁、而瑞奇·馬丁大跳激情舞的畫面，使得該MV在部分地區禁播，或者進行了修改
