《Rumour Has It》並不是寫給八卦雜誌、狗仔隊的，而是寫給阿黛爾·阿德金斯的朋友，在他們聽到她與前男友分手之後，選擇相信了那些並不真實的“流言”，這讓阿黛爾·阿德金斯感到十分痛心
