RTA組合名字的由來是Road To Asia 的簡稱。目前，RTA少年組4位成員與葉子淳成為湖南衞視新節目《少年進化論》的節目主持人。

2011年5月，RTA首張專輯由悦音堂文化（北京）有限公司發行。

自2011年湖南衞視粉絲節出道以來，RTA由日本編舞大師前田敦老師親自指導，每天不間斷的高強度舞蹈訓練。日本著名音樂製作人鐮田俊哉傳授歌曲演繹方法，以及RTA的不懈努力成就了此張意義非凡的首張專輯。專輯包含出道歌曲《加油，去宇宙》、《雪絨花》、《美妙》、《Party Girl》四首單曲等。本張專輯曲風歡快，勵志向上的同時表現了青春時期的單純愛情小夢想。每首歌曲都是由日本重量級音樂創作團隊精心打造，RTA的深情演繹加之JPOP風的歡快舞蹈，相得益彰，將歌曲中的青春與激情表現的淋漓盡致。整張專輯，日本流行風味十足，卻又不失國內組合獨特的青春韻味。歌唱青春，約你共舞。
