英國女歌手Birdy以青澀鮮亮的少女形象示人；新專輯《Fire Within》的黑白封套則有一種淡淡的憂鬱。她的轉變不僅反映在閲歷增長上，更重要的是，從上張的翻唱角色，直接轉變為幾乎一手包辦創作的多面手：主打“Wings”有一種Coldplay似的沉穩大氣，小提琴和曼陀林主導的“Words As Weapons”與Mumford And Sons成員Ben Lovett聯袂合作，則流淌着更細膩的情感。
