竇靖童在個人主頁上傳新歌《My Days》的MV，MV中童童以中性打扮，十分有個性，且拍得非常專業。MV的突出之處在於用黑白影像記錄生活。MV在網上熱傳，得到了眾多網友的喜愛，而其母王菲也在微博表揚自己女兒的歌曲：“好聽，會演！”陳坤、姚晨、張一白等名人也給予轉發。
