《Mama》採用了辣妹合唱團慣用的輕鬆舞曲的曲風，這首歌也是完全唱歌媽媽的一首歌，表達的是年輕時候對於媽媽的話總是感到厭倦，但當成熟之後才知道那時候媽媽的話全是愛，那麼長大的我們能給予媽媽的也只有愛。儘管很輕鬆，但是聽眾還是可以從中聽出了對於母親牽腸掛肚的愛^[1] 。
