《Irreplaceable》的MV由安東尼·曼德勒執導，原本有一些男女主角在牀上，和女主角趕走男主角後踢了他的鏡頭。男主角由波比·羅徹飾演，他沒有試鏡就確認出演了，由於拍攝期間碧昂絲是Jay-Z的女友，所以兩人拍攝時有些尷尬，但他們依然投入到了角色中，以至於拍攝完後他們還沉浸在角色中。MV展現了一個分手後依然快活自在的女強人。 ^[18]
