《in bloom》（譯作：風華正茂）是美國着名搖滾樂隊nirvana的作品。這是一首極具前瞻性的歌曲，它本來是想諷刺那些地下音樂的附庸風雅者，他們在百無聊賴之際歪打正着地走入了“涅槃”或其他另類的領地。讓主唱柯特失望的是，大多數聽眾的確達不到如此之高的要求，他們只會在潮流和宣傳廣告的帶動之下亦步亦趨；而他們中最無聊的一部分，更是會在少數無恥之徒的蠱惑之下，反過來懷疑搖滾樂中有如此真誠和深刻的努力，視柯特們也是無非是淺薄的無病呻吟者之一。對於這些人而言，柯特和Nirvana 的《風華正茂》既是一種黑色的諷刺，也是一種痛快的韃打。所幸的是，柯特在用一種殘酷無情完美地表達了他破滅的期待的同時，也的確唱出了至少是一部分聽眾的不滿。當柯特的歌真正地深深打動他們時，他們不僅僅因為其優美、煽情而喜歡它，而且因為它表達了日常生活中真切可見的真理和活生生的旨趣而理解它，從而讓自己的血液同柯特一起流動。
