(The HART communication Foundation ,an international,not-for-profit membership organization,is the technology owner and standards setting body for the HART communication protocol ,the gloable standard for smart instrument communication.)

基金會成立於1993年，是HART協議的中心機構。HART協議為全球應用HART提供技術支持並保證技術的公開可用性
