Fight Song創作背景

創作《Fight Song》的過程中，瑞秋·普拉滕正處於人生低谷。在長時間工作但並未得到她想要的結果後，瑞秋·普拉滕迫於其他壓力萌生了放棄音樂的想法。但是她的內心有一個聲音鼓勵她不要放棄音樂，繼續創作歌曲。於是她便有了歌曲的創作靈感。創作玩這首歌曲後，瑞秋·普拉滕決定繼續在音樂道路上前行，不忘初心^[2] 。
