David Friedman

Moonrise 月昇，是David Friedman出版的第一張專輯。也正是這張專輯讓他名聲大噪。值得注意的是，一位爵士音樂家也叫David Friedman，所以大多數網站都把他們兩人的專輯合併當作一個人的目錄下。

Moonrise 是一張全鋼琴演奏專輯（當今很少見的純鋼琴）。第一曲Games we noble fools play中，David Friedman自己一人錄製了兩個鋼琴音軌，再整合到一起。兩條線穿插交錯，可以説是一種創新。最著名的，當然是第三曲A Woodland Night （森林中的一夜）。這首曲子後來被班德瑞翻奏，聞名國內。11軌Lauren後來也被班德瑞翻奏，收錄於《夢花園》。David Friedman在這張專輯中向聽眾展現了一種新的鋼琴玩法。他的每一個音都彈得擲地有聲，可見其鋼琴技術之高超。曲目列表：
