凱里·洛夫廷於1914年1月31日出生於佛羅里達州布朗特斯敦，好萊塢著名特技演員，20世紀30年代後期開始從事電影特技演出，憑藉高超的特技駕駛技巧以及過硬的機動車專業知識水平，他在上世紀60-70年代參演了多部汽車追逐題材的好萊塢驚悚電影，代表作品有《飛輪喋血》《霹靂炮與飛毛腿》《007之金剛鑽》《法國販毒網》《警網鐵金剛》《鬼馬神仙車》《硬小子》等。除此之外，凱里·洛夫廷還在熒幕上出演了七十多個小角色。 [2] 
1991年，已經77歲高齡的凱里·洛夫廷正式退休；1997年3月4日，凱里·洛夫廷在加州亨廷頓海灘去世，享年83歲。 [2]
