Stars，是一支來自加拿大的獨立樂團。最初樂團由主唱Torquil Campbell,鍵盤手Chris Seligman成立於多倫多。後來樂團遷往紐約，隨後又遷往蒙特利爾。Stars也是系統名，即社會-技術分析研究系統。另外也是生化危機遊戲中一支特警隊隊名。

關注獨立音樂的朋友不知道會不會忽視加拿大的清新勢力，其實當更多的朋友把注意力放在歐洲清新小廠或者美國新鋭公司的時候，像加拿大這樣有着豐富音樂資源的國家總是被遺忘。這次介紹的Star便是來自多倫多的樂隊最初是在紐約組建，後來回到加拿大才調整到現在的陣容。Star迄今已經發表過三張專輯，自第二張Heart開始與加拿大獨立公司Arts & Crafts合作。樂隊主唱Torquil Campbell除了樂隊的事業，還從事影視音樂的製作，曾參與《慾望城市》等劇的原聲音樂編配。
