這張B-SIDES收錄的大概是Avril尚未正式出名的一些沒有被正式發行的創作，當然其間也包含了一些日後在專集中出現的單曲例如things I‘ll never say以及american wedding的OST裏面出現的那首i don’t give a damn，稍有些不同的是,這中的things I'll never say是一個沒有雙聲部的版本，以及這張裏面的I don‘t give a damn可以説是一個dirty版本，副歌裏面出現了shit這個不雅的詞彙。這張B-SIDE裏面還有一首叫做let go的歌，它的名字和Avril的第一張專輯的名字相同，但是這首歌卻並沒有出現在那張專輯中，這個問題很值得推敲一下。專輯中其他的歌曲都是Avril的早期的風格，也就是説接近let go那種青春的張揚，所以對於喜歡早期Avril的fans來説，這張B-SIDES還是很具有收藏價值的。 ^[2]
