黃茂海

在美國Boston大學天文系進行研究生階段學習期間參加“南極亞毫米波望遠鏡和遙遠天文台(AST/RO)”研製，曾先後多次赴南極極點站工作，積累較多亞毫米波望遠鏡系統研製和使用經驗，同時通過使用歐洲“紅外空間天文台（ISO）”進行觀測和研究，在空間天文設備使用和數據處理方面具有積累。2001~2003年在意大利底裏亞斯特天文台參加歐洲空間局“赫歇爾”空間天文台研製。2003至今在國家天文台工作，是****入選者並獲得結題優秀。先後參加繞月衞星工程和中歐赫歇爾紅外天文台合作項目，擔任赫歇爾空間天文台SPIRE項目Co-I，使用紅外和射電天文方法研究星際介質和伽瑪射線暴，研製空間天文地面系統。

研究領域在科學方面研究領域研究目標包括

* 星際介質中的HII區、光離區，探測分子云物理狀態；

* 伽瑪射線暴紅外特性和分析；

* 天體在低於10兆赫的甚低頻電磁波段的特性。

所採用的研究手段包括

* 使用地面和空間設備進行多波段(甚低頻、亞毫米波、紅外、紫外)觀測，

* 計算機數值建模研究，

* 組建並領導國際研究小組利用世界口徑最大的空間天文台進行觀測，

* 通過仿真論證和樣機測試，開闢人類瞭解程度幾乎是空白的天文觀測譜段。

在技術方面集中在研究如何把敏捷開發、持續集成、無縫演化等技術應用在在空間天文衞星的地面系統研製中，將這些技術應用在國內國際天文項目。

2009年“****”項目結題並評為優秀（只有20%結題者獲得）。
