1993年畢業於吉林師範大學政治系。
2004年獲得吉林大學法學碩士學位。
2004年晉升為副教授。
1997年任團委副書記、書記。
2000年任校辦主任、團委書記。
2001年任校長助理、校辦主任。
2004年任紀委副書記(主持工作)、院長助理。
2006年任副院長。
