(1) 腫瘤(肝癌)發病機制研究:從遺傳和表觀遺傳、細胞信號通路及代謝等方面研究與肝癌相關的重要基因的功能及其調節腫瘤發生和發展的分子機制;研究腫瘤相關重要基因突變的作用和機制;基於對腫瘤發生發展機制的研究,針對特定的靶點,應用新策略開發新療法。
(2) 功能基因組學相關技術研究和開發:目前集中進行單細胞分析及其數據分析的算法及軟件研發。 [1]
