是由詞作家張愛勤作詞，著名作曲家、曾任濟南軍區前衞歌舞團副團長

、中國音樂家協會理事、山東省音樂家協會副主席、國家一級作曲臧東昇作曲。這是為中國99世界集郵展覽傾情奉獻的10首集郵組歌中的一首經典歌曲。
歌唱演員李敏首唱，歌曲以委婉、低徊的旋律，平實層疊的敍述的手法、傾訴了集郵者們對郵品的深深情愫。
