陳秀麗教育經歷

1999-2003年,西安科技大學材料科學與工程專業,獲工學學士學位
2003-2006年,西北工業大學材料學專業碩士研究生,獲工學碩士學位
2006-2009年,西北工業大學材料學專業博士研究生,獲工學博士學位。

陳秀麗工作經歷

陳秀麗科學研究

主要從事電子陶瓷與器件、電介質材料與器件等方面的工作。作為主要參與人,先後參與完成過國家自然科學基金“低温水熱製備二維微光機電材料及其取向設計與性能研究”(50672075)和西安應用材料創新基金"低温水熱製備二維微機電材料及其性能研究"(XA-AM-200608)。同時還獨立負責完成了博士論文創新基金“低温水熱取向生長鐵電陶瓷薄膜及其性能研究”(CX200608)。在國內外知名學術期刊上正式發表論文多篇文章,有關低温水熱製備弛豫鐵電陶瓷厚膜和鐵電粉體的研究工作受到國內外同行的關注和跟蹤,已發表論文被國外同行多次正面引用評價。
